Testimonials Parked my red Dodge Ram 1500 in your lot on Nov. 23rd. and picked it up on Dec 5th. I left the drivers window open by accident. Your staff saw it immediately and sealed it off with a black garbage bag. Consequently it was saved from the elements and when I returned the interior suffered no damage, nor vandalism. I cannot say enough good things about the actions of your staff. My hat is off to Park Place and it's staff. I have already told my friends about your excellent service, and I will continue to be a faithfull customer. Jim - Brook Park I want you to know that my shuttle driver is excellent.  He went the extra mile to make sure that any female that was by herself, including me, was in her car safely before she drove away.  It takes a special person to go that extra mile and he is one of those people. Mary - Brook Park I wanted to let you know about the great customer service I received while coming back from a trip home to Minnesota.  I was picked up by the driver and taken back to Park Place promptly.  We chattted about my home state and the terrible weather while I was searching for my keys.  The driver helped me look around and brought me back to the break room to look through my luggage.  He told the others to "keep an eye on me" and wished me luck searching for my keys.  While I was very frustrated and distressed all the employees greeted me with smiles and empathy for my situation.  I couldn't find the keys and had a friend pick me up.  The next day my lost keys were on my mind the whole day until I called Park Place and someone had located my lost keys!  I was so happy to hear they were found.  The driver was extremely nice throughout the whole situation and I will continue to be a loyal customer of Park Place!
